Our vision is to see the gospel saturate a people, awakening them to the glory of God to treasure Jesus as better.

In Well Elementary, we do this by partnering with parents to build a gospel-saturated spiritual framework for their children's lives by offering weekly guides for the sermon and monthly gatherings for children (1st-6th Grade) and their parents to give them both the resources and care they need to teach, talk, and tie the gospel into everyday life.

Whether in the Sunday gathering or at our monthly gathering, Elementary Breakfast Club,

our "framework" for Elementary discipleship (built on the "foundation" laid in Well Kids) stands on three legs -

Christian Story, Belief, & Formation - developed by The Village Church in Flower Mound, TX.

STORY

We learn Bible reading skills and the basic storyline of Scripture.

"What does the text say?"

BELIEF

We study the attributes of God and classical Christian doctrines.

"What does the text mean?"

FORMATION

We practice spiritual disciplines growing in Christ together,

"What must we do then?"

FAQs

Can we bring our older/younger children with us, if needed?

Children below 1st grade and/or above 6th grade are welcome to join their siblings and parents for large group but, since there are no other leaders/staff over them, must remain with a parents duirng small group discussion at all times.

How old does my child need to be to participate?

Elementary Breakfast Club is for children 1st-6th grade and their parents.

What will we do at Elementary Breakfast Club?

At EBC, we gather at Moore Faith Medical Clinic to eat, fellowship, and play a few games together before "large group" where a staff member or leader will lead us in reviewing recent sermons (Christian Story) and highlighting the associated attributes of God (Christian Belief) we see in those Biblical texts. Then, we'll take a brief restroom break before "small group" where children and adults alike gather with their peers and leaders to discuss practical implications (Christian Formation) and we come back together as a church family to sing and pray. That's a wrap!

What should we bring?

A Bible, recent sermon notes (if you have any), and your clothes for "big church" are all you and your child should need. Breakfast is provided; however, you are also welcome to bring any other food/drinks you would like (besides tree nuts). Face masks are not required at this time.

What should I NOT bring?

Nuts and alcoholic products are prohibited. If your lunch contains common allergens such as gluten, dairy, soy, etc, please be careful NOT to expose them to others.

Is breakfast provided?

YES! Currently, we provide coffee and breakfast (rotating menu) for kids and parents to enjoy so you can all wake up, get dressed, and get out of the door for EBC on those "early" mornings. Do you or your child have any specific deitary needs we can accomate? Please let me know at sean@thewellchurchok.com!

Elementary Breakfast Club or "EBC" takes place every third Sunday of the month from 8:30-10am in our church office building, Moore Faith Medical Clinic (224 S Chestnut Ave Ste 100, Moore, OK 73160).

What if my child (or I) am not feeling well?

Is there anything Elementary-specific duirng the Sunday gathering?

Yes and no. Currently, we do not offer any Elementary-specific programming on Sunday mornings; however, children 1st-6th grade are welcome to worship with us in the gathering (really!) and are provided with an Elementary Sermon Guide to help them digest the sermon. Guides and clipboards can be found in the back of the main worship area!
